06:10 pm: Heroman the movie
Greetings fans of righteousness!
Heroman here! I'm currently hanging out with many fabulous Hollywood celebrity types (it's hard ignore all the gawking people but i guess it's not everyday these actors have a real live superhero in their midst) on the set of the upcoming "Heroman the Movie". I'm sure you'll agree it's an oeuvre that's long overdue! ha ha ha

...but seriously, it's quite fascinating to wander around here watching "the magic" happen! I'm so impressed by all the technical gizmos and sets and props. I can hardly wait to see it on the big screen.
Here true believers, let me give you a quick taste of this future blockbuster by quickly describing the set.
Ok so there's a fire hydrant and a couple of police cars and one of them is upside down. Some actors are hanging about on this complex wire rig.. not sure what that's for. Umm.. there are bits of debris strewn about and some pretty fake looking rocks here... and green.. lots and lots of bright green. Actually you know when I step back and take a good look, if it wasn't for all these people and lights and cameras and a few bits and pieces.. it really is just one giant empty green room.

I guess the "digital wizards" add all the rest later. Amazing what you can do with computers these days huh kids?

Well looks like more actors are walking over to ask for my autograph so I gotta go.

11:33 am: Chimpandilos and Gerbils and Darthac oh my!
Greetings Citizens of White Stone!

I realize many of you have been eagerly awaiting to read yet another of my heroic installments. Sitting there with baited breath by your computers wondering " when will Heroman write next? What choice nuggets of heroic wisdom will he share with us? " well good citizens fear not for that time is now! Ha ha yes i kid but seriously I do hope you are not actually constantly sitting at your computers reading foundation e-mails! While the foundation and I especially appreciate you're heroic devotedness, you should go outside once in a while. It's nice out.

....but I digress....

I am taking a break from my many fascinating adventures... from far off space to the depths of the ocean to little molly's tree where her kitty was once again majestically entangled in the branches of a trecherous Oak.... to take a moment and address a little issue.
Specifically the current mutant animal problem here in our fair city.

Look folks, being cruel to animals is not heroic behaviour and mutant cyber chimpanwhatzists are just plain wrong. For your safety I would strongly suggest you do not feed these poor molested creatures and keep yourselfs at a safe distance. You can be sure, animal lovers, that the horribly twisted, depraved, sorry excuse and waste of breath that created these poor creatures will be brought to swift justice for what he has done. .. or my name will no longer be Heroman!

But is this a "crisis" as the newspapers would have you believe? Don't be ridiculous! This is White Stone Home of the Foundation! We have the Heroes, we have the ability and we will capture and rehabilitate these vermin! So remain calm, relax and play an exciting board game with your loved ones in the meantime. I suggest "Heromanopoly". It's new and heroically entertaining! Before you know it we'll have this little mess cleaned up and you can go back to your usual routines.

I mean come on folks.... this is the work of Darthac the evil doer! Creator of "the guppie men" for crying out loud! He was defeated by Mrs Shnozzcumbers fourth grade class when they put his guppie men armies into the fish tank and they were all eaten by the goldfish. This isn't a vilain working with a full deck here. I mean chimpandillos? How bad can that be? Clearly we're dealing with the mind of lonely deranged hermit seeking love and attention.

Well we'll give you some love and attention Darthac. The love of JUSTICE!

Until then I gotta get back to finishing up an ad for my toothpast comercial. If you're gonna fight crime it's important to look you best!

03:09 pm: Ah Earth Sweet earth!
Hello friendly citizens!

It's been a while since last I posted in my journal. You may feel I've become negligent in this task. Some of you may feel a little neglected. well put your minds at ease.. for in fact, I have been posting on an almost daily basis!... yes that's right DAILY!
However I was battling "Eargoth: Muncher of Many Moons" in a far distant nebula so it will take some time for the computer signal from that distant galaxy to reach this one and deliver my e-mail. It may be "High speed internet" on earth but it's not exactly Warp speed! Ha ha ... little joke there.

Anyway as I don't wish to waste time re-typing all those messages I'll just give you, my adoring public, a quick summary of the pertinent events.

1- Big Evil Warlord with a taste for stinky cheese
2- Sector of space poorly lacking in it's own super heroic defenders
3- I had vacation time coming
4- Defeated Big Evil Warlord and earned the respect and admiration of the people Parmjian V ( which when the earth eventually develops intergalactic space travel will be a great first step in establishing an excellent rapport between our two cultures)

I'll fill in a little later this week with an anecdote or two about my crazy "out of this world" (heh couldn't resist) adventure. But right now I really need a little rest and maybe a quick swim.

05:51 pm: My first heroic journal entry
Well looks like the "suits" at the top are making all us Foundation employees write bios for our beloved public. Well to that I say "why not?". I think it's a great way for folks to get to know and relate to us. To get to know who we really are (with exception to our secret identities which we keep to protect our loved ones you understand) and not be afraid of our incredible destructive powers, because, let me tell you Mr. and Mz J.Q. Public, we're here for you! You make us complete and we will only use our powers for good. To do what is right. To fight for your well being and your "freedom" and so on and so forth.... without any consideration for our own safety.

Oh yeah that's right. We care about you that much! We will risk our necks with little or no consideration for our own! Personally, and I can't speak for the others, but I'm not even doing this for money.

So you might be asking yourself "Not for money? Then why do you do it?'
It's simple: For your adoring love and admiration. For me, THAt, is enough.

Alright, yes it's true: Hammering bad guys into dust or obliterating earth threatening giant robots can be amusing at times. I've been in the "biz" for 20 years now and I've seen a lot of action. It can get pretty crazy. I've ripped my cape on more than one occasion but it's all worth while just to see the look on , say, a little child's face as you get her kitty cat down from the tree... and how that look turns to a smile when she sees the cat is actually still alive. Yes that's why we do it folks. For the little moments like that.
